Caldwell Construction has done several projects for us over the past few years and we have never been disappointed! We did a full kitchen renovation with them, a bathroom updates as well as recently a few more minor repairs around the house. The entire crew from the office staff answering the phones and emails to the contractors doing the on-site work, every one has always been prompt and courteous and the work performed was always well done. Highly recimmend Caldwell!!

Caldwell Construction was a dream to work with during a major kitchen remodel. My questions and concerns were addressed quickly and throughly. They worked with me on the details, even salvaging the original ironing board cupboard from a wall that was removed and incorporating it into the new kitchen. I felt like they were looking out for my best interest through out the process. I would hire then again in a heartbeat and have been enthusiastically recommending them to anyone who will listen.

Caldwell Construction is an exceptional contractor! William and his team were so professional from the tear down of my small porch to a full framed in addition to the front of the house (adding 225 square feet to my small home). William always stood by his word, checked on the project and his team was always right on!!!!! From the framing to the rebuild, which with little old houses you never know what might be an issue, the entire team was a joy to work with!! They were diligent, professional and I always felt their work ethic was superb! I would highly suggest you contact with William and his team! OH, and his office was a pleasure to work with also! Prompt and professional and able to complete multi-trades (paint, drywall, utility lines, ect). Did a really nice job repairing laundry room, which involved temporarily removing the water heater.

My experience with Caldwell Construction has been so exceptional that I wanted to help spread the word! They earn 5 stars all the way around, starting with their responsiveness and reliability. They have done several projects for me, ranging from repairing a gate to repairing some siding to repairing a crack in a plaster wall to fixing a leaking bathtub faucet (and saving me a lot of money from what a major plumbing company had estimated). Most recently, though they built me a catio on my back deck so my cats could get some fresh air while staying safe, Im thrilled with the results! I highly recommend William and his team for both your handyman and construction services.
